The aim of this work is the study of degenerated turning points. We are interested in singularly perturbed real differential equations of the first order, with a real parameter, allowing this kind of singularity. Taking the hypothesis of the apparition of "true canard" solutions, we will be able to give a simplified form to those equations, that will be called adapted. Then, we will be interested in the study of the existence of canard solutions in a general class of equations of this kind. Finally, we will propose an asymptotic study of such solutions. More particulary, we will be concerned with the existence of asymptotic expansion in the power of the perturbation parameter for canard solutions. We will implementate a general formal method that will be used in this goal.

L'objet de ce travail est l'étude des points tournants dégénérés. Nous considèrerons des équations différentielles réelles, du premier ordre, singulièrement perturbées à un paramètre réel et admettant une telle singularité. En nous plaçant dans les hypothèses d'apparition de solutions (de type) "vrai canard", nous donnerons alors à cette équation une forme, dite préparée, plus adaptée au travail que nous ferons. Nous montrerons ensuite, pour une classe générale d'équations de ce type, l'existence de solutions "canard". À la suite de quoi, nous étudierons asymptotiquement ces solutions grâce à la mise en place d'un cadre formel général que nous utiliserons afin d'implémenter le développement asymptotique en puissances du petit paramètre de perturbation de ces solutions.
