The objective of this thesis was to study how the data-processing tools could improve collaboration and facilitate knowledge-sources exchange within SME network. We propose an operational approach adapted to the networks of SME, and we distinguish the tools to be used according to stages' of the cycle of life of the network. The communities of practices are used in order to allow mid automatically exchange of knowledge. Once acquired confidence, Natural Languages Tools as NOMINO, are proposed for automatically analysis of a numerical corpora, being made of textual documents that the members of the network agree to share. The result of the indexing is the construction of an ontology representing the global field of the concepts related to the network. In order to use the knowledge of ontology, a search engine is proposed

L'objectif de cette thèse a été d'étudier comment le média informatique pouvait améliorer la collaboration et faciliter l'échange de connaissances dans les alliances de PME. Nous proposons une approche opérationnelle adaptée aux réseaux de PME, et nous distinguons les outils à utiliser selon les étapes du cycle de vie du réseau. Des outils comme les communautés de pratiques sont utilisées pour permettre l'échange semi autonome de connaissances tacites. Une fois la confiance acquise, des outils de traitement automatique de langues comme NOMINO sont proposés pour l'analyse automatique d'un corpus étant constitué de documents textuels que les membres du réseau acceptent de partager. Le résultat de l'indexation est la construction d'une ontologie représentant alors le domaine global des concepts relatif au réseau. Pour exploiter les connaissances de l'ontologie, un moteur de recherche a été crée
