This work deals with the design of supply chains in the delocalization context. We first identify the important factors (decisions, costs, constraints, etc. ) that should be considered in a supply chain design mathematical model that is adapted to the delocalization problem. Then, we develop two optimization models for the supply chain design in the delocalization context. The first model integrates ail the important aspects of the problem (technology selection, capacity relocation, transfer pricing, facility closing costs, etc. ). Ln the second model, we especially focus on the consideration of intangible activities and the determination of transfer priees for both tangible and intangible components. An illustrative case study from the automotive sector is described and used to make the experiments on both models.

Ce travail de thèse s’intéresse à la conception de chaînes logistiques dans le contexte de délocalisation. Tout d’abord, nous identifions les facteurs pertinents (décisions, coûts, contraintes, etc. ) à inclure dans un modèle mathématique de conception de chaînes logistiques pour qu’il soit adapté au problème de délocalisation. Ensuite, nous développons deux modèles d’optimisation pour concevoir la chaîne logistique dans le contexte de délocalisation. Le premier modèle intègre tous les aspects importants du problème (choix de technologies, relocalisation de capacités, prix de transfert, coûts de fermeture des sites, etc. ). Dans le second modèle, nous nous focalisons essentiellement sur la prise en compte des activités intangibles et la détermination des prix de transfert. Un cas industriel du secteur automobile est présenté et utilisé pour effectuer les expérimentations sur les deux modèles.
