Abstract EN:

This work enter in the general plan of the Va1orisation of an alveolar material in the construction domain. From a bibliographical shedy keting the properties polymeric and mineral of expansed materials, fabrication technicals and realizing elements of these material under a from of sandwich structure, our aim in this research consist in characterizing and to evaluating the potential of a glass foam in the construction domain. This papered memory is composed of three parts: -The first part treat the acknowledgement and the identification of behaviour laws of glass foam for simple loading conditions (tensile, compression, shear) or combined (bending). The dependant parameters of the material's nature and the technical fabrication are, from one hand, the density and from ether hand, the expansion. We show that the anisotropic factors leaded to the technical fabrication and the non conformity of behaviour laws which depend of the configuration mode of the structure and of the the materiel properties. For this, we propose prospective calculus expressions to evalidate the material's elastic behaviour in function of his density and we define of limited stresses from rupture criteria under the quadratic form. The second part of this study is consecrated to the analysis of materials behaviour, either under structural elements form or not a structural. With regard to the first application we propose an original experimental method and a simple principal of exploitation witch permit to eva1uate the internal stresses for induced by the stratification of external coating of a polymeric origin. After validating this method, from the analysis of pathology behaviour of panels and of the cal cul results using the finites elements method, we propose to approach foe the optimisation of the dimensional of composites plates: -The first possibility consist, for a type of coating material, to search a thickness and a foam density compatible, -The second consist to decease the shrinkage of surface polymeric material.
